To order

Ordering a product is very easy and safe. We have briefly explained the steps below. If you still encounter problems during the ordering process, we will be happy to help you via the contact form or via whatsapp.

Step 1: Click on “Add to cart” at the desired item.

Step 2:. You are now in the shopping cart. Check the details of your order and click on “Proceed to Checkout” to checkout. If you want to order multiple items, click on “Continue shopping”.

Step 3:. You are now at the “Checkout” window. Enter your details and choose your payment method. If necessary, create an account to view your orders later or to order faster in the future. Then click on “Place order”; you will now be forwarded to your chosen payment method.

Step 4: Follow the steps to make the payment, after the order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail
Pay
Choose the most efficient and safest way to pay for your order. We offer all common payment methods:

Via MultiSafePay
iDEAL, Bank transfer, COLLECTION, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, the Belgian Mister Cash, the German Giropay and DIRECTebanking.

iDEAL
iDEAL is the online payment system developed by nine of the largest banks in the Netherlands, namely ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

Bank transfer
In this case, the amount will be transferred via a regular bank transfer. You will receive an e-mail from the MultiSafepay system containing all the necessary information to allow the bank transfer to take place correctly. Please note: when you use this payment method, we cannot deliver your order within 24 hours. Take into account one to three business days transfer time.

Collection
You give a one-time authorization via MultiSafepay. As soon as the payment has been received, you will be automatically notified. Please note: when you use this payment method, we cannot deliver your order within 24 hours. Take into account one to three business days transfer time.

Maestro
Easy and fast online payment via Maestro, for customers who have a bank card with the red-blue Maestro logo.

Visa
Visa is the number 1 in Credit Cards worldwide. Visa stands for an easy and safe way to pay.

MasterCard
MasterCard has grown into a full-fledged credit card network and can be compared to Visa. Customers with a MasterCard can easily purchase products online. They can pay quickly and efficiently with a MasterCard.

Mister Cash
Bancontact / Mister Cash is the online payment system developed by the joint banks in Belgium, namely Belfius, BNP Paribas, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank, VDK Spaarbank and Record Bank.

GiroPay
Giropay is an online payment platform from the German banks. Giropay is supported in Germany by the following banks: Sparkassen, Postbank, Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, MLP, Cronbank, Readybank, CVW Privatbank, PSD Bank.

SofortBanking (formerly DIRECTebanking)
SofortBanking is an online European payment platform that does not depend on a particular bank. The payment method for 45 million customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium who pay safely and quickly in this way.

PayPal
PayPal is an easy, safe and fast way to pay online.
Delivery & Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment. Orders on Saturdays and public holidays are shipped the following day (s). Orders are shipped throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, see “Shipping costs”. All our products are shipped from our London warehouse. As a result, the delivery time is on average between 10 and 15 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
Are you not satisfied with an item purchased from us or is the size incorrect? Then you can return / exchange your order without any problems within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive the new desired item or your purchase amount back. The shipment must be sent in the original or other proper packaging. With this shipment you can add the form from your digital order confirmation or a handwritten note with your order name and whether you want to exchange or return.

PLEASE NOTE: Jackets that are specially made to measure and printed with a logo cannot be exchanged or returned. When ordering several jackets at the same time, no jackets will be taken back. We have this specially made by the factory. For this reason we can offer the jackets very cheaply, but they cannot be returned or the order canceled. When the order is placed you agree to these terms and conditions and our terms and conditions. With this, the right of withdrawal expires immediately.

The costs for the return are for the customer, unless it can be demonstrated that the error was caused by us. In this case we will reimburse you for the costs incurred.

Your return must be complete, not worn and undamaged with the item cards still attached. We cannot take back articles that contain smoke or food smells. We kindly request you to wear socks when trying on a product – from a hygienic point of view.

Tip: A number of our orders fit through the letterbox, you can then opt for a PostNL letterbox package, which saves considerably on return costs.

No or insufficient postage. In case of no or insufficient franking of your return shipment, we are obliged to deduct the costs of the return from the return amount to be received by you.
